Sedona Real Estate Market Report This update looks at the residential real estate market during the months of September and October 2013 in relation to the same period a year ago and highlights the major trends.
13.8% increase in Median Sale Price 
The median sale price was $368,250 in 2012 and is $419,000 in 2013.
12%Increase in Average Price per Square Foot
In 2013 the Av.$/Sq.Ft: $206.
17% decrease of Days on Market (DOM)
Average time on market has gone from 226 days in 2012 to 188 days in 2013.
55% decrease in Residential Distressed Sales
Distressed property sales (foreclosures and short sales) fell to their more traditional levels, 15% of the overall market.
