Significant Sales, Sotheby's International Realty Collections edition 2009.
Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty in Arizona had both sides of the highest-priced sale in the Sedona region in 18 months. The 6,200 square-foot home was listed by David Levine and sold for $3,474,000 by Elisa Andreis, both out of the Sedona office. It has five bedrooms and sits on five acres at the base of the landmark Cathedral Rock in Sedona.
The seller, a world-renowned fine rug dealer, chose David and the firm because of the strong national and international connections. The buyer, an Italian publishing magnate, found Elisa on the brand Web site and chose her because she is from Italy and fluent in the language.
